Sunday breakfast was 5 pans (six servings each) of Dutch Babies and breakfast sausage links that I jazzed up by sauteing them with some vinegar, onions, garlic and a little Italian seasoning. It was a hit, they loved it all, some spreading jam on them, or pouring maple syurup and others just dusting them with powder sugar. It was a good (and filling) way to start the day and no one had ever had a Dutch Baby before.

Church was great, a good message about who I am (we are) in Christ, given by a newly established Elder. The biggest differences I see from the states is that the children are much more affectionate and sing as loud and are as spirit filled as an adult. Just walking down the bus to find my seat a little girl 4 or 5 that I've never seen before has this big smile on her face and reaches her hand towards me. I smiled and took her hand then found a seat and before I know it she moved to sit right next to me. We could learn a lot about worship from the Belizeians, everyone actually sings (kids included) and there is nothing like worshiping god in a room full of voices lifting him up in song. It's a beautiful thing.
Building/ painting homes won't start till next week when a 15 person team (guys & girls) come, then a team of all college guys will be here after them. So don't think I'm leaving any of that info out :)
God Bless!
